The new property, which entered in July 2019, wanted to maintain the tradition of a historic restaurant in Terni, but by bringing some important innovations, both in the preparation of the dishes and in the offer of some services.Traditional dishes have been introduced, now almost lost, and new recipes, more current and able to satisfy those looking for new, tasty and modern tastes.
